Important Muscle Groups
Each Muscle group should be trained separately ideally on different days because this allows your muscles to get the required rest. The three muscle groups usually trained on separate days are your biceps and your back which usually encompasses a pulling movement. Your legs usually have their own day to train them because they are their own group. Your triceps, shoulders, and chest are usually trained together and it usually revolves around a pushing movement.
Chest, Shoulders, Triceps (Push)
Types of workouts that train these would be a bench press, shoulder press, and tricep pushdown. You can also do things like pushups and bodyweight dips which are very beneficial for your body and can allow you to get stronger. You might not start off being very strong but within a good amount of time you will certainly build enough muscle to be much stronger.
Back and Biceps (Pull)
Types of workouts for these would be pulldowns and rows for your back and for your biceps workouts like bicep curls and preacher curls. You need to be careful because your biceps are your easiest muscle to tear so doing it carefully is very important. You should also try to be able to do pull ups because it is a good bodyweight workout starting out you might not be able to do to much but as you get stronger you will be able to do more.
Legs
Legs are important to not gloss over and skip because they are a very important part of your body. Workouts for legs would be squats, leg press, and lunges
